When a virtual office is the right answer
Companies commonly need a presence in a city long before they need a floor in it. A sales territory is being tested, a first hire is working remotely, an entity is being registered, or clients simply expect a local address on correspondence.
Taking space for that requirement is expensive and premature. A virtual office covers the address and correspondence need while the business establishes whether the location justifies physical space.
It is not a substitute for an office where people actually work. Where a team is already operating in a city, we would normally recommend evaluating flexible or managed space instead.
