By entering or using the premises, all members, visitors and guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with them. Where a signed membership agreement exists, that agreement prevails in case of inconsistency.

Part 1
Coworking Space Rules & Policies
Established to ensure a safe, professional and productive working environment for all members, visitors and guests.
1. General Conduct
- 01All members must maintain a professional and respectful environment within the coworking space.
- 02Members must respect the personal space, privacy and working environment of other coworkers and refrain from intrusive behaviour or unnecessary disturbance.
- 03Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Phone calls and extended discussions should be conducted in designated areas.
- 04Verbal disputes should be avoided. Members are requested to report concerns through official communication channels.
2. Workspace Usage
- Members must adhere to the number of seats allocated in their membership plan. Allowing additional individuals without permission will be treated as unauthorized access or trespassing.
- Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance and members must adhere to their allotted time slots.
- Members must clean up after themselves and maintain cleanliness in meeting rooms, pantry areas and workspaces.
- Members must not leave personal belongings unattended and must respect the property of others.
- Any damage caused to furniture, equipment or property will be charged to the responsible member.
3. Food & Pantry Policy
- Food and beverages must be consumed only in designated areas, with waste disposed of properly.
- Spills or mess created by members must be cleaned immediately to maintain hygiene.
4. Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Activities
- The building is a 100% No Smoking and Tobacco Zone. Violations may result in penalties.
- Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances within the coworking space is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities, fraudulent business operations or misuse of the coworking address are strictly prohibited.
5. Internet & Technology Usage
- Internet facilities are provided for professional and business purposes only. Illegal, inappropriate or bandwidth-intensive content that affects network performance must be avoided.
- Unauthorized downloading, illegal file sharing or activities violating cyber laws are strictly prohibited.
6. Security & Safety
- Members must follow all security protocols, including securing doors after office hours and preventing entry of unauthorized individuals.
- CCTV surveillance may be active in common areas for safety and security purposes.
- In case of fire or emergency, contact emergency services (dial 112) and inform the building administrator immediately.
- In case of theft or criminal activity, report the matter to the nearest police station. Building management is responsible only for common area security.
7. Parking Policy
Members must park vehicles in an orderly manner and ensure that entrances, exits and pathways remain unobstructed.
8. Membership & Operational Policies
- Office AC operating hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, unless otherwise specified by management.
- All members must sign a membership agreement outlining terms of use, fees and responsibilities before using the facilities.
- Any usage beyond the agreed membership period will be charged at three times the regular daily rate unless prior approval is obtained.
9. Security Deposit & Exit Policy
Refund of the Security Deposit will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful handover and signing of the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Successful handover requires members to remove all business registrations, licences or online references using the coworking address, including:
- Shop Act registration
- GST registration
- Business registrations
- Google listings
- Social media pages
- Any official documentation using the address
Members must provide proof of such removal during exit.
10. Official Communication Policy
- Any request related to termination of membership, vacating the premises or discontinuation of services must be submitted in writing as per the notice period defined in the membership agreement.
- Verbal communication will not be considered valid for official purposes.

11. Feedback & Final Note
Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback or suggestions to management to improve the coworking experience for all users.
Management reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to maintain safety, operational efficiency and a professional working environment. Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspension of services or termination of membership.
Part 2
Coworking Centre Disclaimer
By entering or using the coworking premises, all members, visitors, guests and associated individuals accept the following disclaimers.
1. Nature of Service
The coworking centre provides shared office infrastructure including workspace seating, meeting rooms, internet connectivity, utilities and related office services.
Use of the coworking space does not establish a landlord-tenant relationship. Members are granted a temporary licence to use workspace facilities subject to the membership agreement.
Management reserves the right to modify services, facilities, seating arrangements and operational policies whenever required.
2. Personal Property
Members are fully responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings, including:
- Laptops
- Mobile devices
- Documents
- Business equipment
- Valuables
The coworking centre and its management shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage or misplacement of personal property within the premises. Members are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
3. Independent Business Responsibility
Members operate their businesses independently while using the coworking facility. The coworking centre:
- does not endorse any member business
- does not verify legality of business operations
- does not participate in business activities of members
- is not responsible for business dealings between members and third parties
All business activities conducted from the premises are the sole responsibility of the member.
4. Payment Transaction Disclaimer
Any financial transaction carried out between individuals or businesses within the premises is strictly their personal responsibility. Such transactions may include:
- Payments for work or services
- Job related payments
- Business transactions
- Consulting fees
- Freelance payments
- Partnership dealings
- Investments or lending
The building management and coworking centre shall not be responsible or liable for any financial transaction conducted between individuals within the premises. Any dispute, fraud, financial loss or legal issue arising from such transactions is the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
5. Address Usage
Use of the coworking centre address for business registration — GST registration, Shop Act registration, company incorporation, business licences, bank registrations or online listings — is permitted only if allowed under the membership plan and agreement. Members are responsible for ensuring full legal compliance for address usage.
Upon termination of membership, members must remove the coworking address from:
- Government registrations
- Business licences
- GST records
- Websites
- Google listings
- Social media pages
- Marketing materials
Failure to remove the address may result in withholding of security deposit and further legal action if misuse continues.
6. Internet Usage
Internet services are provided as a shared convenience facility. The coworking centre does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted internet connectivity
- Fixed bandwidth speeds
- Protection against cyber threats or data loss
Members are solely responsible for their online activities. Any illegal internet activity — piracy, unauthorized downloading, cybercrime, hacking attempts or misuse of digital services — is the sole responsibility of the member involved.
7. CCTV & Security
CCTV cameras may be installed in common areas for safety and monitoring purposes. However, the coworking centre does not guarantee complete prevention of theft, accidents or unauthorized activities. Members are advised to exercise personal caution and follow security guidelines.
8. Visitor Responsibility
Members are fully responsible for the actions and behaviour of their guests or visitors. Visitors may be required to register before entering the premises. Management reserves the right to restrict visitor access for security or operational reasons.
9. Health & Safety
While reasonable safety precautions are maintained, the coworking centre shall not be liable for personal injury, accidents or medical emergencies occurring within the premises, except where required by law.
Members must comply with all safety guidelines including fire safety procedures and emergency evacuation protocols. In case of emergency, contact emergency services (dial 112).
10. Service Interruption
The coworking centre may occasionally experience disruptions due to:
- Electricity failure
- Internet outages
- Building maintenance
- Technical issues
- Government restrictions
- Natural events
Management shall not be liable for any financial loss, business disruption or productivity loss resulting from such interruptions.
12. Parking
Parking facilities are provided subject to availability. The coworking centre and building management shall not be responsible for vehicle theft, damage or accidents occurring in the parking area. Members park vehicles at their own risk.
13. Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity conducted within the premises — financial fraud, illegal business operations, cybercrime or misrepresentation of business identity — is the sole responsibility of the person involved. Management reserves the right to terminate membership and report such activities to authorities.
14. Membership Termination
Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases including:
- Violation of coworking policies
- Illegal activities
- Misconduct or harassment
- Misuse of facilities
- Non-payment of dues
Termination procedures will follow the membership agreement.
15. Written Communication Requirement
All official requests — membership termination, vacating the premises, complaints or disputes, and membership changes — must be submitted in written form as per the membership agreement. Verbal communication will not be considered valid for official purposes.
16. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the coworking centre, its management, employees or associated entities be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business losses, reputational damage or third-party claims arising from the use of coworking facilities.
17. Policy Updates & Acceptance
Management reserves the right to update or modify these policies and disclaimers at any time to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance. Members are responsible for reviewing updated policies periodically.

Part 3
Schedule of Charges & Penalties
Applicable to all members. These outline additional charges, penalties and recovery costs in case of policy violations, delayed payments, misuse of facilities or damage to property.
1. Payment Delay Charges
All membership fees or rental payments must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the membership agreement or invoice. Follow-up charges apply for administrative effort on outstanding payments.

9. Address Misuse Charges

12–15. Legal Recovery, Suspension & Deposit Adjustment
If legal action becomes necessary due to non-payment of dues, fraud, misuse of address or breach of agreement, the member shall be responsible for legal notice charges, recovery charges, legal fees and court costs.
Management reserves the right to temporarily suspend internet access, workspace usage and meeting room access in case of non-payment of dues or policy violations.
Any outstanding dues including unpaid rent, damages, penalties and recovery charges may be adjusted from the member's security deposit before refund processing. Management reserves the right to revise the schedule of charges periodically.
16. Illegal Business / Fraudulent Activity Penalty
Any member found involved in illegal activities, fraudulent business practices, scams, financial fraud, cybercrime or misuse of the coworking address for unlawful purposes will be subject to strict action.

17. Police Verification / Compliance Charges

18. Extra Electricity Usage Penalty
High power electrical appliances — electric heaters, induction stoves, electric kettles, microwaves, personal refrigerators and similar equipment — are restricted unless prior written approval is obtained from management.

Management may also disconnect or remove unauthorized appliances to prevent electrical hazards. All penalties may be added to outstanding dues or adjusted against the security deposit; failure to clear dues may lead to suspension of services, termination of membership or legal recovery proceedings.
19. Employee / Job Offer Scam Protection
The coworking centre strictly prohibits use of its premises for fraudulent job offers, fake recruitment activities or employment-related scams. Members conducting recruitment must ensure all such activity is legitimate, lawful and compliant with applicable employment and labour laws. Under no circumstances shall any member:
- Collect money from job seekers in the name of job placement, recruitment, training or employment processing fees
- Conduct fake interviews or fraudulent recruitment activities
- Issue misleading job offers or employment letters
- Operate scam call centres or fraudulent employment services

Members conducting job interviews must ensure visitors are properly registered, interviews are professional and facilities are not misused for recruitment fraud. The coworking centre only provides office space and related facilities; it does not verify, approve or participate in employment activities conducted by members. Any person dealing with members for jobs, employment, freelance work or business opportunities does so at their own discretion and risk.
20. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Where any government authority, law enforcement agency, regulatory body or court of law requests information or initiates an investigation related to a member's activities, management reserves the right to cooperate fully. Such cooperation may include:
- Providing membership records and identification documents submitted by the member
- Sharing access logs or visitor records maintained by the coworking centre
- Providing CCTV footage from common areas where legally permitted
- Confirming address usage details related to the member
- Responding to official notices, summons or legal communications
Members are solely responsible for ensuring their business activities comply with all applicable laws. The coworking centre shall not be liable for any investigation, legal proceedings, penalties or regulatory action arising from a member's business conduct.
If management is required to allocate time, documentation or administrative support in responding to official inquiries, reasonable administrative or compliance charges may be recovered as per the Schedule of Charges. Where credible information or official notice indicates possible illegal, fraudulent or unlawful activity, management may suspend workspace access, restrict services or terminate membership until the matter is clarified.
Members agree not to engage in activities that may damage the reputation, credibility or legal standing of the coworking centre, and management reserves the right to seek recovery of damages as permitted under law.
