How supply actually works here
LED luminaires are one of the most direct-sourceable categories worldwide, with genuine factory supply available at project volume for panels, linear profiles and downlights.
For controls and smart lighting we usually buy through the system manufacturer's authorised route, because commissioning support and firmware access matter more than the unit price.
Direct manufacturer supply is used where it is genuinely available for the category and volume. Where a brand supplies only through authorised partners, we buy that route to protect warranty and benchmark it so the difference is visible.

Quotation comparison
Offers are normalised into a like-for-like comparison sheet covering unit rate, freight, duty, warranty, lead time, installation scope and payment terms, not just the headline price.

Driver make and the written warranty term are stated on the order, since driver failure — not the LED — is the usual cause of early replacement.
Colour consistency across batches
Binning tolerance is specified so fittings delivered in different batches do not read as different whites on the same ceiling.
