A demountable system costs more per running metre than drywall but can be relocated when the team changes. On a flexible or managed workspace that arithmetic usually favours demountable; on a long-lease enterprise floor it may not.
Acoustic performance is the detail most often lost. A glass partition quoted without a specified Rw rating, seal detail and door closure will not deliver the privacy that meeting rooms were promised.

Aluminium profile systems and glazed partition hardware are frequently sourced direct from system manufacturers, with local fabrication and installation handled by a vetted contractor.
Pods and booths are largely a manufactured product category, so factory-direct supply is realistic at volume; freight cube, not unit price, is often the deciding cost on imported units.
Direct manufacturer supply is used where it is genuinely available for the category and volume. Where a brand supplies only through authorised partners, we buy that route to protect warranty and benchmark it so the difference is visible.
